New American Standard Bible The LORD, a Provider and Deliverer. A Psalm of David when he feigned madness before Abimelech, who drove him away and he departed. 1I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
My soul will make its boast in the LORD;
O magnify the LORD with me,
I sought the LORD, and He answered me,
They looked to Him and were radiant,
This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him
The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him,
O taste and see that the LORD is good;
O fear the LORD, you His saints;
The young lions do lack and suffer hunger;
Come, you children, listen to me;
Who is the man who desires life
Keep your tongue from evil
Depart from evil and do good;
The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous
The face of the LORD is against evildoers,
The righteous cry, and the LORD hears
The LORD is near to the brokenhearted
Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
He keeps all his bones,
Evil shall slay the wicked,
