Isaiah 29:3
HEB: וְצַרְתִּ֤י עָלַ֙יִךְ֙ מֻצָּ֔ב וַהֲקִֽימֹתִ֥י עָלַ֖יִךְ
NAS: [you], And I will set siegeworks against
KJV: and will lay siege against thee with a mount, and I will raise
