12And David knew that LORD JEHOVAH had established him King over Israel, and his Kingdom was exalted over his people Israel

13And David took again concubines and wives from Jerusalem after he came from Khebron, and sons and daughters were born again to David 14And these are the names of the sons that were born to him in Jerusalem: “Shamua and Shabqab and Nathan and Solomon 15And Yukabar and Elisha and Nephag and Naphi 16And Elishema and Elida and Eliphlat

17And the Philistines heard that they anointed David to reign over Israel, and all the Philistines came up to look for David, and David heard and he came down to Metsruth 18And the Philistines came and they camped in the Valley of the Giants 19And David inquired with LORD JEHOVAH and said: “Shall I go up against the Philistines? And David said: “LORD JEHOVAH broke through his enemies before me like a breach of waters.” Because of this, he called the name of that country, Baal Partsim 21And they left their idols there, and David and his men picked them up

22And the Philistines went up again and they camped in the Valley of the Giants 23And David asked of LORD JEHOVAH and LORD JEHOVAH said to him: “Do not go up, but turn yourself from behind them and come upon them from opposite Bakim 24And when you have heard the sound of those walking on the top of the mountain of Bakim, then be strong, because then LORD JEHOVAH has gone out before you to strike the encampment of the Philistines” 25And David did in this way, just as LORD JEHOVAH commanded him, and struck the Philistines from Gebah and unto the entrance of Gadar
