1Now those that sealed [were], Nechemyah [God comforts], the Tirshata [governor], the son of Hakhalyah [whom Yehovah enlightens], and Tzedekyah [Yehovah is righteous], 2S’rayah [Yehovah is ruler], ‘Azaryah [Yehovah has helped], Yirmeyahu [whom Yehovah has appointed], 3Pash’chur [freedom], Amaryah [Yehovah speaks], Malkiyah [my king is Yehovah], 4Hatush [assembled], Sh’vanyah [increased by Yehovah], Malukh [counselor], 5Harim [dedicated], M’remot [elevations], ‘Ovadyah [servant of Yehovah], 6Dani’el [God is Judge], Ginton [gardener], Barukh [Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous)], 7Meshulam [friend], Aviyah [Yehovah is (my) father], Minyamin [from the right hand], 8Ma’azyah [consolation of Yehovah], Bilgai [my cheerfulness], Sh’may’yah [Yehovah hears]: these [were] the priests. 9And the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to]: both Yeshua [he is saved] the son of Azanyah [Yehovah hears], Binui [built up] of the sons of Henadad [favour of Hadad], Kadmi’el [God is the ancient one]; 10And their brethren, Sh’vanyah [increased by Yehovah], Hodiyah [my majesty is Yehovah], K’lita [crippled], P’layah [Yehovah does wonders], Hanan [he is merciful], 11Mikha [who is like God?], Rechov [Broad Place], Hashavyah [Yehovah has considered], 12Zakur [Mindful], Sherevyah [Yehovah has scorched], Sh’vanyah [increased by Yehovah], 13Hodiyah [my majesty is Yehovah], Bani [built], B’ninu [our son]. 14The chief of the people; Par’osh [flea], Pachat-Mo’av [pit of Mo’av], ‘Eilam [eternity], Zatu [brightness of him], Bani [built], 15Buni [built], ‘Azgad [Gad is mighty], Bevai [my cavities], 16Adoniyah [my lord is Yehovah], Bigvai [in my bodies], ‘Adin [delicate], 17Ater [binder], Hizkiyah [Yehovah is my strength], ‘Azur [he that assists], 18Hodiyah [my majesty is Yehovah], Hashum [rich], Betzai [conqueror], 19Harif [a plucking off], ‘Anatot [answers to prayer], Neivai [fruitful], 20Magpi’ash [moth-killer], Meshulam [friend], Hezir [swine], 21Mesheizav’el [God delivers], Tzadok [righteous], Yadua [knowing], 22P’latyahu [Yehovah delivers], Hanan [he is merciful], ‘Anayah [Yehovah has answered], 23Hoshea [salvation], Hananyah [God has favoured], Hashuv [considerate], 24HaLochesh [whisperer], Pilcha [slicing], Shovek [free], 25Rechum [compassion], Hashavnah [Yehovah has considered], Ma’aseiyah [work of Yehovah], 26And Achiyah [brother of Yehovah], Hanan [he is merciful], Anan, 27Malukh [counselor], Harim [dedicated], Ba’anah [in affliction].

28And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to], the porters, the singers, the temple servants, and all they that had separated themselves from the people of the lands unto the law of God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every one having knowledge, and having understanding; 29They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]'s law, which was given by Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] the servant of God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD-Yehovah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) our Lord-Adon [Lord of the Earth], and his judgments and his statutes; 30And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons: 31And [if] the people of the land bring ware or any victuals (food for humans) on the Shabbat [Rest] day to sell, [that] we would not buy it of them on the Shabbat [Rest], or on the holy day: and [that] we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.

32Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]; 33For the showbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the Shabbat, of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy [things], and for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and [for] all the work of the house of our God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].

34And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to], and the people, for the wood offering, to bring [it] into the house of our God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], after the houses of our fathers, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of the LORD-Yehovah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) our God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], as [it is] written in the law: 35And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the LORD-Yehovah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): 36Also the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as [it is] written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], unto the priests that minister in the house of our God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: 37And [that] we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]; and the tithes of our ground unto the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to], that the same Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to] might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage. 38And the priest the son of Aharon [Bright, Very High] shall be with the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to], when the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to] take tithes: and the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to] shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], to the chambers, into the treasure house. 39For the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] and the children of Levi (Levite) [Adhesion, Joiner] shall bring the offering of the corn, of the New Wine, and the oil, unto the chambers, where [are] the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and we will not forsake the house of our God-Elohim (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].
