2Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [is] the man unto whom the LORD-Yehovah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] imputes not iniquity, and in whose spirit [there is] no deceit.

3When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.

4For day and night yourⁱ hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah [stop and diligently consider what was just said].

5I acknowledged my sin unto youⁱ, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD-Yehovah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]; and youⁱ forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah [stop and diligently consider what was just said].

6For this shall every one that is godly pray unto youⁱ in a time when youⁱ may be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come near unto him.

7youⁱ [are] my hiding place; youⁱ shall preserve me from trouble; youⁱ shall compass (go around, encircle; encompass) me about with songs of deliverance. Selah [stop and diligently consider what was just said].

8I will instruct youⁱ and teach youⁱ in the way which youⁱ shall go: I will guide youⁱ with mine eye.

9Be you^2f not as the horse, [or] as the mule, [which] have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto youⁱ.

10Many sorrows [shall be] to the wicked: but he that trusts in the LORD-Yehovah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], mercy shall compass (go around, encircle; encompass) him about.

11Be glad in the LORD-Yehovah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], and rejoice, you^2f righteous: and shout for joy, all [you^2f that are] upright in heart.
