3How long will you assault me? Would all of you throw me down-- this leaning wall, this tottering fence? | 3How long will all of you attack a man to batter him, like a leaning wall, a tottering fence? | 3How long will you assail a man, That you may murder him, all of you, Like a leaning wall, like a tottering fence? | 3How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence. | 3How long will you threaten a man? 9Surely the lowborn are but a breath, the highborn are but a lie. If weighed on a balance, they are nothing; together they are only a breath. | 9Those of low estate are but a breath; those of high estate are a delusion; in the balances they go up; they are together lighter than a breath. | 9Men of low degree are only vanity and men of rank are a lie; In the balances they go up; They are together lighter than breath. | 9Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity. | 9Men are only a vapor; exalted men, an illusion. Weighed in the scales, they go up; together they are less than a vapor. |
10Do not trust in extortion or put vain hope in stolen goods; though your riches increase, do not set your heart on them. | 10Put no trust in extortion; set no vain hopes on robbery; if riches increase, set not your heart on them. | 10Do not trust in oppression And do not vainly hope in robbery; If riches increase, do not set your heart upon them. | 10Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them. | 10Place no trust in oppression, or false hope in robbery. If wealth increases, pay no attention to it. |

12and with you, Lord, is unfailing love"; and, "You reward everyone according to what they have done." | 12and that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. For you will render to a man according to his work. | 12And lovingkindness is Yours, O Lord, For You recompense a man according to his work. | 12Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work. | 12and faithful love belongs to You, LORD. For You repay each according to his works. |
