9 Now Jabez (sorrow) was more honorable than his brothers. His mother had named him Jabez (distress), saying, “Because I bore him in pain.” 10 And Jabez (sorrow) called out to the God {Elohe} of Israel (he wrestles with God), “If only You would bless me and enlarge my territory!
