6 but someone somewhere solemnly testified, saying, “What is man that You are mindful of him, or the son of man that You care for him?

7 You made him a little less than the angels; You crowned him with glory and honor;

8 You subjected all things under his feet.” For in subjecting all things to him, He left nothing unsubject to him. But now, not yet do we see all things having been subjected to him.

9 But we see Jesus, the One having been made a little less than the angels, because of the suffering of death, having been crowned with glory and with honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.
