14 Having said these things, she turned back, and beholds Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. 15 Jesus saith to her, "Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?" She, supposing Him to be the gardener, says to Him, "Sir, if thou didst bear Him away, tell me where thou didst lay Him, and I will take Him away!" 16 Jesus saith to her, "Mary!" Turning, she says to Him, in Hebrew, "Rabboni!" (which is to say, Teacher). 17 Jesus saith to her, "Touch Me not; for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren, and say to them, "I ascend to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God." 18 Mary Magdalene comes, proclaiming to the disciples, "I have seen the Lord," and that He spake these things to her.
