19 upon which Jesus said to them, verily, verily I say unto you, the son can do nothing of himself, except he sees the father do it: for whatever he doth, that the son does likewise. 20 for the father loveth the son, and sheweth him all that he himself doth: and he will shew him greater works than these, so that you will be surprized. 21 for as the father raiseth up the dead, and restores them to life: even so the son gives life to whom he will. 22 besides, the father judgeth no man; but hath committed the full power of judging unto the son: 23 that all men should honour the son, even as they honour the father, he that honoureth not the son, honoureth not the father who hath sent him.
