1 In these times, the myriads of the crowd having been gathered together so as to trample upon one another, He began to say to His disciples first, “Take heed to yourselves of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. 2 And nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known. 3 Instead, whatever you? said in the darkness will be heard in the light, and what you? spoke to the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed upon the housetops. 4 And I say to you?, My friends, you? should not be afraid of those killing the body and after these things not having anything more to do. 5 But I will show you? whom you? should fear: Fear the One having authority, after the killing, to cast into Gehenna. Yes, I say to you?, fear Him! 6 Are not five sparrows sold for two assaria? And not one of them is forgotten before God. 7 But even the hairs of your? head have all been numbered. Do not be afraid; you? are more valuable than many sparrows. 8 And I say to you?, everyone who will confess in Me before men, the Son of Man also will confess in him before the angels of God. 9 But the one having denied Me before men will be denied before the angels of God.
