9 In those days Jesus (YHWH saves) came from Nazareth (branch) in Galilee (circuit) and was baptized (submerged) by John (YHWH is gracious) in the Jordan (flowing down). 10 As soon as Jesus came up out of the water, He saw (he saw) the heavens breaking open and the Spirit {Pneuma} descending on Him like a dove. 11 And a voice came from heaven: “You are My beloved {agapētos} Son; in You I am well pleased.
