42 But Iesus, when he had called them to hym, sayde vnto them: ye knowe, that they which seeme to beare rule among the Gentiles, raigne as Lordes ouer them: And they that be great among them, exercise aucthoritie vpon them. 43 Neuerthelesse, so shall it not be among you: but whosoeuer of you, wyll be great among you, shalbe your minister: 44 And whosoeuer of you wyll be the chiefest, shalbe seruaunt of all. 45 For the sonne of man also came not to be ministred vnto: but to minister, & to geue his lyfe, a raunsome for many.
