24 And Iesus aunswered, and sayde vnto the: Do ye not therfore erre, because ye vnderstande not the Scriptures, neither the power of God? 25 For when they shall ryse agayne from the dead, they neither marry, nor are geuen in maryage: but are as the Angels which are in heauen. 26 As touchyng the dead, that they ryse agayne: haue ye not read in the booke of Moyses, howe in the bushe, God spake vnto him, saying: I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Iacob? 27 He is not the God of the dead, but God of the lyuyng.
