1 And they came to the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gerasenes. 2 And, when He came out of the boat, straightway there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, 3 who had his dwelling in the tombs; and no one could any longer bind him, not even with a chain; 4 because he had often been bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been torn asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces, and no one had strength to tame him.
