1 And it came to pass on the day Moses had finished setting up the tabernacle that he anointed it and consecrated it and all its furnishings, and the altar and all its vessels. And he anointed them and consecrated them. 2 The leaders of Israel, the heads of the houses of their fathers, they were the leaders of the tribes; these stood over the numbered and made an offering. 3 And they brought their offering before the face of YHWH, six covered carts and twelve oxen—a cart for every two of the leaders and an ox for each one—and they presented them before the face of the tabernacle.
