How can we apply the daughters' courage in Numbers 27:2 to our lives today? Romans 13:1-2 keeps us mindful of God’s sovereignty over leadership. • Trust outcomes to the Lord. Like these sisters, act in faith and leave results in His hand (Psalm 37:5). Encouragement for Specific Seasons • Workplace—Raise concerns about integrity or fairness with clarity and courtesy. • Family—Lovingly address generational sin or divisions, believing God redeems. • Church—When doctrine drifts, point leaders back to the Word, “speaking the truth in love” (Ephesians 4:15). • Community—Engage civic issues (school boards, local policies) grounded in biblical convictions, not partisan anger. Courage That Points to Christ These sisters ultimately foreshadow the greater inheritance secured by Jesus: “ For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus… there is neither male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
