1And the LORD said to Moses, 2“See, I have called by name Bezalel, son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah; 3And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and in all manner of skills, 4To design artistic works, in gold, silver, and bronze, 5And in cutting and setting of stones, and in carving of wood - in all manner of crafts. 6And I have appointed Oholiab, son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan to assist him; and given wisdom to other skilled workers, that they may make all that I have commanded you: 7The tabernacle of meeting; the Ark of the Covenant; the mercy seat that covers it, and all the furnishings of the tabernacle - 8The table and its utensils, the pure gold lampstand with all its accessories, the altar of incense, 9The altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, the laver and its base, 10The cloths of service, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest's office, 11The anointing oil, and fragrant incense for the Holy Place. They shall all be made as I have commanded to do.”

12And the LORD said this to Moses, 13“Say also to the Israelites, ‘Verily, you shall keep My Sabbaths: for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations; that you may know that I am the LORD Who sanctifies you. 14You shall keep the Sabbath; because it is holy to you. Anyone who defiles it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work in it, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 15Work may be done six days; but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whoever does any work in the Sabbath day shall surely be put to death. 16Therefore the children of Israel shall keep and observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, as a perpetual covenant. 17It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever; for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day He rested, and was refreshed.’”

18And, when He had ceased speaking with him upon Mount Sinai, He gave to Moses two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
