1‘And if you present an animal from the herd as a peace offering, whether it is a male or female, you shall offer it without blemish before the LORD. 2And you shall lay your hand upon its head, and slaughter it at the entrance of the Tabernacle of meeting. Then Aaron's sons, the priests, shall sprinkle the blood upon the sides of the altar. 3And you shall offer part of the sacrifice as a special gift of the peace offering made by fire unto the LORD; the priest shall offer the fat that covers the internal organs, 4The two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the fat above the liver, with the kidneys. 5And Aaron's sons shall burn it on the altar on top of the burnt sacrifice, on the wood that is on the fire: it is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto the LORD.’ 6‘And if the animal is of the flock for a sacrifice of peace offering unto the LORD; male or female, it shall have no defect. 7If you offer a lamb, then you shall present it before the LORD. 8And you shall lay your hand upon the head of the offering, and kill it before the Tabernacle of meeting: and Aaron's sons shall sprinkle its blood around upon the altar. 9And you shall offer its fat and the whole rump, cut off close to the backbone; and the fat that covers the inner organs of the sacrifice as a food unto the LORD; 10And the priest shall remove both kidneys, the fat on them, which is by the flanks, and the fat above the liver, with the kidneys. 11The priest shall burn them upon the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire unto the LORD.’ 12‘And if the offering is a goat, then it shall be offered before the LORD. 13And you shall lay your hand upon its head, and kill it before the Tabernacle of meeting: and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood upon the altar around it. 14And you shall offer from it, an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat that covers the inner organs, and the priest shall remove all the fat that is upon the inner organs, 15And the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the fat above the liver, with the kidneys. 16And the priest shall burn them upon the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire for a sweet savor: all the fat is the LORD's. 17It shall be a perpetual statute for your generations throughout all your dwellings, that you eat neither fat nor blood.’”
