Genesis 22:1-18 And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said to him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am.… 1. Trials increase with time. 2. There is a gradation in service, and the trial is in proportion to the rank. 3. God's servants are tested most severely at their strongest point. 4.
