It should be intelligible to all (ver. 27). 2. Those who cannot speak to edification should be silent. 3. As a rule not more than two or three should speak on one occasion, and only one at a time (ver. 27). 4. The rest should listen and judge. 5. Every one should be ready to give way to another. II.
