Distinguish between men and their religious opinions. 4. Make suitable allowance for the infirmities of human nature. 5. Put the best possible construction on the conduct of our brethren, and be always ready to forgive an injury. III. ARGUMENTS FOR THE PURSUIT OF THIS COURSE. 1. The peace of society requires it. 2. The honour of our holy religion. 3. It is one of the best evidences we can give of the genuineness of our Christian experience. 4.
