Romans 8:17
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him…


They are in a distinguishing sense —

I. THE CHILDREN OF GOD. They have —

1. A special resemblance to Him.

2. A special affection for Him.

3. A special attention from Him.

II. THE INHERITORS OF ALL GOOD.
