THE EFFICACY OF THE GOSPEL PROVISIONS FOR THE VOYAGE OF LIFE IS IMMUTABLY GUARANTEED. 1. God has an "immutable counsel" concerning the safety of His people. 2. God desires to demonstrate to His people the immutability of His counsels in relation to their safety. 3. God furnishes this demonstration by some most solemn declarations. 4.
