Sirach 46:14
Good News Translation
He judged the nation in accordance with the Law of the Lord, and the Lord protected Israel.

By the law of the Lord he judged the congregation, and the Lord watched over Jacob.

Samuel judged the nation according to the Lord's Law, and so the Lord watched over Israel.
