Wisdom 2:3
Good News Translation
When that spark dies, our body will crumble into ashes, and our breath will become part of the empty air.

when it is extinguished, the body will turn to ashes, and the spirit will dissolve like empty air.

When that beating ends, our bodies turn to dust, and our spirits vanish into thin air.
