Isaiah 14:2
HEB: לְשֹֽׁבֵיהֶ֔ם וְרָד֖וּ בְּנֹגְשֵׂיהֶֽם׃ ס
NAS: and will rule over their oppressors.
KJV: they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.
