Proverbs 16:4
HEB: פָּעַ֣ל יְ֭הוָה לַֽמַּעֲנֵ֑הוּ וְגַם־ רָ֝שָׁ֗ע
NAS: everything for its own purpose, Even
KJV: hath made all [things] for himself: yea, even the wicked
INT: has made the LORD purpose Even the wicked
