HEB: בְּ֭רוּחוֹ שָׁמַ֣יִם שִׁפְרָ֑ה חֹֽלֲלָ֥ה יָ֝ד֗וֹ
NAS: the heavens are cleared; His hand
KJV: By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens;
