Proverbs 21:24
HEB: זֵ֣ד יָ֭הִיר לֵ֣ץ שְׁמ֑וֹ
NAS: Proud, Haughty, Scoffer,
KJV: Proud [and] haughty scorner
INT: Proud Haughty scorner are his names
