HEB: יְהוָ֖ה מוֹרִ֣ישׁ וּמַעֲשִׁ֑יר מַשְׁפִּ֖יל אַף־
NAS: makes poor and rich; He brings low,
KJV: maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low,
