Isaiah 32:6
HEB: נֶ֣פֶשׁ רָעֵ֔ב וּמַשְׁקֶ֥ה צָמֵ֖א יַחְסִֽיר׃
NAS: And to withhold drink from the thirsty.
KJV: of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty
