Zephaniah 3:3
HEB: שֹֽׁאֲגִ֑ים שֹׁפְטֶ֙יהָ֙ זְאֵ֣בֵי עֶ֔רֶב לֹ֥א
NAS: Her judges are wolves at evening;
KJV: [are] evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones
