| 14Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. | 14He is the down payment of our inheritance, for the redemption of the possession, to the praise of His glory. |

| 21Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: | 21far above every ruler and authority, power and dominion, and every title given, not only in this age but also in the one to come. |
| 22And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, | 22And He put everything under His feet and appointed Him as head over everything for the church, |
| 23Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. | 23which is His body, the fullness of the One who fills all things in every way. |
