| 1Behold, the LORD'S hand is not so short That it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear. | 1Indeed, the LORD's arm is not too weak to save, and his ear is not too deaf to hear. |

| 15Yes, truth is lacking; And he who turns aside from evil makes himself a prey. Now the LORD saw, And it was displeasing in His sight that there was no justice. | 15Truth is missing, and whoever turns from evil is plundered. The LORD saw that there was no justice, and he was offended. |
