1He made the altar for the burnt offering of acacia wood seven feet six inches long and seven feet six inches wide--it was square--and its height was four feet six inches.1Bezalel constructed the altar of burnt offering from acacia wood. It was square, 7 1/2 feet long and 7 1/2 feet wide, and was 4 1/2 feet high.
2He made its horns on its four corners; its horns were part of it, and he overlaid it with bronze.2He made horns for it on its four corners; the horns were of one piece with it. Then he overlaid it with bronze.
3He made all the utensils of the altar--the pots, the shovels, the tossing bowls, the meat hooks, and the fire pans--he made all its utensils of bronze.3He made all the altar's utensils: the pots, shovels, basins, meat forks, and firepans; he made all its utensils of bronze.
4He made a grating for the altar, a network of bronze under its ledge, halfway up from the bottom.4He constructed for the altar a grate of bronze mesh under its ledge, halfway up from the bottom.
5He cast four rings for the four corners of the bronze grating, to provide places for the poles.5He cast four rings at the four corners of the bronze grate as holders for the poles.

7He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the altar, with which to carry it. He made the altar hollow, out of boards. 7Then he inserted the poles into the rings on the sides of the altar in order to carry it with them. He constructed the altar with boards so that it was hollow.
8He made the large basin of bronze and its pedestal of bronze from the mirrors of the women who served at the entrance of the tent of meeting. 8He made the bronze basin and its stand from the bronze mirrors of the women who served at the entrance to the tent of meeting.
9He made the courtyard. For the south side the hangings of the courtyard were of fine twisted linen, one hundred fifty feet long,9Then he made the courtyard. The hangings on the south side of the courtyard were of finely spun linen, 150 feet long,
10with their twenty posts and their twenty bronze bases, with the hooks of the posts and their bands of silver.10including their twenty posts and their twenty bronze bases, with silver hooks and silver bands for the posts.
11For the north side the hangings were one hundred fifty feet, with their twenty posts and their twenty bronze bases, with the hooks of the posts and their bands of silver.11The hangings on the north side were also 150 feet long, including their twenty posts and twenty bronze bases. 12For the west side there were hangings seventy-five feet long, with their ten posts and their ten bases, with the hooks of the posts and their bands of silver.12The hangings on the west side were 75 feet long, including their ten posts and their ten bases, with silver hooks and silver bands for the posts.
13For the east side, toward the sunrise, it was seventy-five feet wide,13And for the east side toward the sunrise, 75 feet long,
14with hangings on one side of the gate that were twenty-two and a half feet long, with their three posts and their three bases,14the hangings on one side of the gate were 22 1/2 feet, including their three posts and their three bases.
15and for the second side of the gate of the courtyard, just like the other, the hangings were twenty-two and a half feet long, with their three posts and their three bases.15It was the same for the other side of the courtyard gate. The hangings were 22 1/2 feet, including their three posts and their three bases.
16All the hangings around the courtyard were of fine twisted linen.16All the hangings around the courtyard were of finely spun linen.
17The bases for the posts were bronze. The hooks of the posts and their bands were silver, their tops were overlaid with silver, and all the posts of the courtyard had silver bands.17The bases for the posts were bronze; the hooks and bands of the posts were silver; and the plating for the tops of the posts was silver. All the posts of the courtyard were banded with silver.
18The curtain for the gate of the courtyard was of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn and fine twisted linen, the work of an embroiderer. It was thirty feet long, and like the hangings in the courtyard, it was seven and a half feet high,18The screen for the gate of the courtyard was made of finely spun linen, expertly embroidered with blue, purple, and scarlet yarn. It was 30 feet long, and like the hangings of the courtyard, 7 1/2 feet high.
19with four posts and their four bronze bases. Their hooks and their bands were silver, and their tops were overlaid with silver.19It had four posts with their four bronze bases. Their hooks were silver, and their top plating and their bands were silver.
20All the tent pegs of the tabernacle and of the courtyard all around were bronze. 20All the tent pegs for the tabernacle and for the surrounding courtyard were bronze.
21This is the inventory of the tabernacle, the tabernacle of the testimony, which was counted by the order of Moses, being the work of the Levites under the direction of Ithamar, son of Aaron the priest.21This is the inventory for the tabernacle, the tabernacle of the testimony, that was recorded at Moses's command. 24All the gold that was used for the work, in all the work of the sanctuary (namely, the gold of the wave offering) was twenty-nine talents and 730 shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel. 24All the gold of the presentation offering that was used for the project in all the work on the sanctuary, was 2,193 pounds, according to the sanctuary shekel.
25The silver of those who were numbered of the community was one hundred talents and 1,775 shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel,25The silver from those of the community who were registered was 7,544 pounds, according to the sanctuary shekel--
26one beka per person, that is, a half shekel, according to the sanctuary shekel, for everyone who crossed over to those numbered, from twenty years old or older, 603,550 in all.26two-fifths of an ounce per man, that is, half a shekel according to the sanctuary shekel, from everyone twenty years old or more who had crossed over to the registered group, 603,550 men.
27The one hundred talents of silver were used for casting the bases of the sanctuary and the bases of the special curtain--one hundred bases for one hundred talents, one talent per base.27There were 7,500 pounds of silver used to cast the bases of the sanctuary and the bases of the curtain--one hundred bases from 7,500 pounds, 75 pounds for each base.
28From the remaining 1,775 shekels he made hooks for the posts, overlaid their tops, and made bands for them. 28With the remaining 44 pounds he made the hooks for the posts, overlaid their tops, and supplied bands for them.
29The bronze of the wave offering was seventy talents and 2,400 shekels.29The bronze of the presentation offering totaled 5,310 pounds.
30With it he made the bases for the door of the tent of meeting, the bronze altar, the bronze grating for it, and all the utensils of the altar,30He made with it the bases for the entrance to the tent of meeting, the bronze altar and its bronze grate, all the utensils for the altar,
31the bases for the courtyard all around, the bases for the gate of the courtyard, all the tent pegs of the tabernacle, and all the tent pegs of the courtyard all around. 31the bases for the surrounding courtyard, the bases for the gate of the courtyard, all the tent pegs for the tabernacle, and all the tent pegs for the surrounding courtyard.
