2	These are the journeys of the Israelites when they came out of the land of Egypt by their divisions under the leadership of Moses and Aaron.	These are the stages of the people of Israel, when they went out of the land of Egypt by their companies under the leadership of Moses and Aaron.	These <i>are</i> the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.	These are the journeys of the sons of Israel, by which they came out of the land of Egypt by their armies, under the leadership of Moses and Aaron.	Here are the stages in the journey of the Israelites when they came out of Egypt by divisions under the leadership of Moses and Aaron.
3	At the LORD’s command, Moses recorded the stages of their journey. These are the stages listed by their starting points:	Moses wrote down their starting places, stage by stage, by command of the LORD, and these are their stages according to their starting places.	And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the LORD: and these <i>are</i> their journeys according to their goings out. 4	On the fifteenth day of the first month, on the day after the Passover, the Israelites set out from Rameses. Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:	you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from you, and destroy all their <i>idolatrous</i> sculptures, destroy all their cast metal images, and eliminate all their high places;	drive out all the inhabitants of the land before you. 54	You are to take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given you the land to possess. 55	And you are to divide the land by lot according to your clans. Give a larger inheritance to a larger clan and a smaller inheritance to a smaller one. Whatever falls to each one by lot will be his. To a large tribe you shall give a large inheritance, and to a small tribe you shall give a small inheritance. Wherever the lot falls for anyone, that shall be his. According to the tribes of your fathers you shall inherit.	And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: <i>and</i> to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man's <i>inheritance</i> shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit.	You shall maintain the land as an inheritance by lot according to your families; to the larger you shall give more inheritance, and to the smaller you shall give less inheritance. Wherever the lot falls to anyone, that shall be his. You shall pass on <i>land</i> as an inheritance according to the tribes of your fathers.	Distribute the land by lot, according to your clans. To a larger group give a larger inheritance, and to a smaller group a smaller one. Whatever falls to them by lot will be theirs. Distribute it according to your ancestral tribes.
56	But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land before you, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides; they will harass you in the land where you settle.	But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then those of them whom you let remain shall be as barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall trouble you in the land where you dwell.	But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them <i>shall be</i> pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.	But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from you, then it will come about that those whom you let remain of them <i>will be</i> like thorns in your eyes and like pricks in your sides, and they will trouble you in the land in which you live.	“’But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will give you trouble in the land where you will live.
