Applying Jesus' exaltation daily?
How can we apply Jesus' exaltation to our daily Christian walk?

The Heart of Acts 5:31

“God exalted Him to His right hand as Prince and Savior, in order to grant repentance and forgiveness of sins to Israel.”

What His Exaltation Means Now

• He is seated at the right hand of the Father—position of ultimate authority (Ephesians 1:20-22).

• He reigns as “Prince” (Leader, Ruler) and “Savior” (Deliverer), securing both guidance and redemption for His people.

• From that exalted throne He actively dispenses repentance and forgiveness—ongoing grace, not a one-time act (Hebrews 7:25).

Daily Impact on Mind and Heart

• Confidence: Our Savior rules; no circumstance outranks His throne (Romans 8:34).

• Humility: Every success bows to the One whose name is above every name (Philippians 2:9-11).

• Gratitude: Forgiveness flows from a living, reigning Christ, so guilt does not define the day (1 John 2:1-2).

• Expectation: The exalted King still grants repentance, so growth is always possible (2 Peter 3:18).

Practical Walk-It-Out Steps

1. Start with praise

 • Begin each morning acknowledging His current reign—“You are on the throne today.”

2. Submit decisions

 • Before acting, pause: “Prince Jesus, lead this choice.” (Proverbs 3:5-6).

3. Receive fresh repentance

 • When sin surfaces, turn quickly, trusting the ongoing gift He provides (1 John 1:9).

4. Serve with courage

 • Face opposition remembering His authority mirrors the apostles’ boldness in Acts 5 (vv. 29-32).

5. Speak of forgiveness

 • Share His offered grace; the exalted Savior still grants it (2 Corinthians 5:20).

6. Rest in intercession

 • Lean on His high-priestly prayer life for you (Hebrews 4:14-16).

Promises Flowing from His Throne

• Constant presence—“I am with you always” (Matthew 28:20).

• Victorious hope—“He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet” (1 Corinthians 15:25).

• Secured inheritance—“seated… with Him in the heavenly realms” (Ephesians 2:6).

Living Today in Light of Eternity

Keep looking up to the right hand of God, where your Prince and Savior actively rules, forgives, and empowers. Walking in that reality transforms ordinary moments into opportunities to display His glory and grace.
