How can we see the Righteous One daily?
In what ways can we "see the Righteous One" in our daily lives?

Anchored in Acts 22:14

“Then he said: ‘The God of our fathers has appointed you to know His will, to see the Righteous One, and to hear His voice from His mouth.’”

Paul’s testimony reminds us that “seeing the Righteous One” is more than a historic privilege; it is a present invitation. Jesus Christ—the perfectly righteous Son of God—can be seen with the eyes of faith every day.

Who Is the Righteous One?

• Isaiah foretold Him: “By His knowledge My righteous Servant will justify many” (Isaiah 53:11).

• Peter proclaimed Him: “You denied the Holy and Righteous One” (Acts 3:14).

• Stephen glimpsed Him: “I see the heavens open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God” (Acts 7:56).

• John identified Him: “Jesus Christ the Righteous One” (1 John 2:1).

Seeing Him today flows from these same unveiled Scriptures.

Seeing Him Through the Written Word

• Every page of the Bible bears His imprint (Luke 24:27).

• As we read, the Spirit illumines “the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ” (2 Corinthians 4:6).

• Practical habit: begin each day with a Gospel passage; end the day in Psalms. The repetition tunes the heart to His character.

Seeing Him by the Inner Witness of the Spirit

• Jesus promised, “He will testify about Me” (John 15:26).

• Conviction of sin, assurance of adoption, fresh affection for holiness—these inner works are clear sightings of the Righteous One (Romans 8:15-16).

• Keep short accounts with God; unconfessed sin clouds spiritual sight (1 John 1:9).

Seeing Him in Creation and Providence

• “The heavens declare the glory of God” (Psalm 19:1).

• A sunrise, a microscopic cell, an answered prayer at just the right moment—each is a postcard from His righteous hand (Colossians 1:17).

• Pause, name the detail, thank Him aloud; gratitude sharpens vision.

Seeing Him in the Fellowship of Believers

• The church is His body (1 Corinthians 12:27).

• Spiritual gifts exercised in love are tangible expressions of His presence (Ephesians 4:15-16).

• Share testimonies, serve shoulder-to-shoulder, break bread in homes (Acts 2:46). These ordinary gatherings become windows to the Righteous One.

Seeing Him in Acts of Obedient Love

• “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me” (Matthew 25:40).

• Visiting the sick, forgiving an enemy, giving in secret—all unveil the righteous character of Christ in us and to us (James 2:18).

• Keep a simple list of needs you encounter and meet one each week; watch how clearly He appears in the doing.

Seeing Him in Suffering and Sanctification

• “Consider Him who endured such hostility” (Hebrews 12:3).

• Trials refine faith so we may “share in His holiness” (Hebrews 12:10).

• When pain lingers, fix eyes on His cross; His steadfast righteousness becomes vivid against our weakness (Philippians 3:10).

Cultivating a Clear Line of Sight

1. Daily Scripture intake—hear His voice.

2. Continual prayer—keep the conversation open (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

3. Intentional fellowship—see Him in others.

4. Grateful observation—trace His providence.

5. Joyful obedience—mirror His righteousness.

Paul’s commission is ours: appointed to know His will, to see the Righteous One, and to hear His voice. Look for Him; He is never far from the eyes that seek.

How does Acts 22:14 connect with Jeremiah 1:5 about being chosen by God?
