How can you show God's greatness today?
In what ways can you demonstrate God's unmatched greatness to others today?

The Anchor Verse

“There is none like You, O LORD; You are great, and Your name is mighty in power.” (Jeremiah 10:6)

Let His Greatness Shape Your Thoughts

• Start each day rehearsing God’s attributes—His holiness (Isaiah 6:3), sovereignty (Psalm 103:19), and steadfast love (Lamentations 3:22–23).

• Memorize verses that magnify Him, such as Psalm 145:3: “Great is the LORD and greatly to be praised; His greatness is unsearchable.” Keeping these truths on your mind positions you to speak of Him naturally.

Speak Boldly About His Works

• Tell family, friends, and coworkers what God has done for you—salvation, answered prayers, daily provision.

Psalm 96:3 commands, “Declare His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all peoples.” A simple story of God’s faithfulness can open hearts more powerfully than abstract arguments.

Live Differently Because He Is Supreme

• Reject idols our culture applauds—status, wealth, self-glory—just as Jeremiah contrasts the living God with lifeless idols (Jeremiah 10:3–5).

• Prioritize obedience over convenience: “Be holy, for I am holy” (1 Peter 1:16). An uncompromising life reveals a King worth following.

Serve Others With Magnified Compassion

• Jesus linked greatness to servanthood (Mark 10:45). Meeting tangible needs—meals, childcare, hospital visits—mirrors the greatness of a God who stoops to save.

Acts 10:38 records Jesus “doing good and healing all who were oppressed.” Follow His pattern; good works become living billboards of divine greatness.

Worship Wholeheartedly in Public and Private

• Gather with believers and sing robustly; Psalm 34:3 says, “Magnify the LORD with me; let us exalt His name together.” Enthusiastic worship signals that God is worth more than casual acknowledgment.

• In private, kneel, sing, journal gratitude—letting personal adoration fuel public witness.

Stand Firm in Trials

• When hardship hits, cling to God’s character instead of despair. Daniel’s friends testified, “Our God whom we serve is able to deliver us” (Daniel 3:17). Their confidence made Nebuchadnezzar acknowledge God’s greatness (v. 28).

• Your calm trust under pressure can draw observers to the God who sustains you.

Celebrate His Great Name in Community

• Encourage fellow believers by recounting answered prayers in small groups, texts, or social media. Shared stories multiply praise.

Hebrews 10:24–25 urges us to “spur one another on toward love and good deeds… encouraging one another.” A culture of mutual exaltation keeps God’s greatness front and center.

Share the Gospel—The Ultimate Display

Romans 1:16 calls the gospel “the power of God for salvation.” Nothing displays His unmatched greatness more clearly than a sinner made new.

• Keep a short, clear gospel outline ready: Creation, Fall, Redemption in Christ, Call to Faith. Offer it whenever God opens a door.

These everyday choices—thinking, speaking, living, serving, worshiping, persevering, fellowshipping, and evangelizing—become vibrant arrows pointing people to the One of whom Jeremiah rightly says, “There is none like You, O LORD.”
