What Does It Mean to “Walk Before the LORD”?

- A steady, conscious lifestyle lived under His gaze (Genesis 17:1).

Living It Out in Our Hearts

- Start each day acknowledging His presence (Psalm 139:1-10).

Living It Out with Our Lips

- Speak truth and grace (Ephesians 4:25, 29).

Living It Out with Our Hands and Feet

1. Obedient work

• “Whatever you do, work at it… for the Lord” (Colossians 3:23).

3. Pursuit of holiness

• “Be holy in all you do” (1 Peter 1:15-16).


When We Stumble

- Confess immediately; He is faithful to forgive (1 John 1:9).

- Rise again—“though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again” (Proverbs 24:16).


A Life of Continual Walking

- Depend on grace that “trains us to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives” (Titus 2:11-12).

- Fix hope on seeing Him face to face (1 John 3:2-3).

- Encourage fellow travelers (Hebrews 10:24-25).
