What qualities of Epaphras should we emulate in our Christian walk? Epaphras in Scripture “as you also learned from Epaphras, our beloved fellow servant. Beloved Fellow Servant • Paul calls him “beloved” (Colossians 1:7) and “my fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus” (Philemon 1:23). • His life drew genuine affection because he served humbly among the saints. • Emulate: cultivate relationships marked by love and mutual service (John 13:34-35). Faithful Minister of Christ • “Faithful” points to steady reliability (Colossians 1:7). • Faithfulness is a Spirit-produced fruit (Galatians 5:22) and required of stewards (1 Corinthians 4:2). • Emulate: finish assignments, keep promises, remain loyal under pressure (Revelation 2:10).
