Psalm 148
Reader-Friendly Bible: Purple Letter EditionKJP

1Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise Him in the heights above. 2Praise Him, all His angels; praise Him, all His hosts. 3Praise Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all you twinkling stars. 4Praise Him, you highest of heavens, and you waters that are above the heavens. 5Let them praise the name of the LORD; for He commanded, and they were created. 6He has established them forever and ever; He has made a decree which shall never pass away. 7Praise the LORD from the earth, you sea creatures of the deep: 8Lightning, hail; snow, clouds; stormy winds and weather, all obeying His word; 9Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars; 10Wild animals, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying birds; 11Kings of the earth, and all people; rulers, and judges of the earth; 12Both young men and women; old men and women, and children. 13Let them praise the name of the LORD; for His name alone is excellent; His glory is above the earth and heaven. 14He also has made His people strong, those who are His faithful; even of the children of Israel, a people near to His Heart. Praise the LORD!
