The Lord’s use of Moses anticipates the promised prophet like Moses and ultimately points to Christ, who perfectly reveals the Father’s will. Exo 39:42-43 The Israelites had done all the work just as the LORD… they were numbered, The Levites from thirty to fifty years old were counted for the years in which they bore responsibility for Tabernacle service. Their total, 8,580 men, showed that God knew and appointed every servant needed for the work.
