A leader with a hopeful outlook anchors the team, even in tough times. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you…plans to give you hope and a future.” Stir up optimism about goals, illustrate a better tomorrow, and watch as motivation and innovation flourish.
