The term "stupendous" is not directly found in the Bible; however, the concept of something being extraordinarily impressive or awe-inspiring is prevalent throughout the Scriptures. The Bible is replete with accounts of God's wondrous acts and the profound impact they have on His people and creation. These acts can be described as stupendous due to their magnitude and the divine power they reveal.

Creation: The creation of the universe is one of the most stupendous acts of God. Genesis 1:1-3 states, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters. And God said, 'Let there be light,' and there was light." The sheer power and majesty of God are evident in His ability to create the cosmos ex nihilo, or out of nothing, which continues to inspire awe and wonder.

Miracles: The miracles performed by God throughout the Bible are stupendous in their demonstration of His authority over nature and human affairs. For instance, the parting of the Red Sea in Exodus 14:21-22 is a prime example: "Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. So the waters were divided, and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with walls of water on their right and on their left." This miraculous event not only delivered the Israelites from the Egyptians but also showcased God's sovereign power.

The Incarnation and Resurrection: The incarnation of Jesus Christ and His resurrection are central stupendous events in Christian theology. John 1:14 declares, "The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth." The incarnation is stupendous because it signifies God taking on human form to redeem humanity. Similarly, the resurrection of Jesus is a stupendous event that signifies victory over sin and death, as stated in 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 : "For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures."

Prophecies and Fulfillment: The fulfillment of biblical prophecies is another stupendous aspect of the Bible. The precise fulfillment of prophecies concerning the Messiah, such as those found in Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22, underscores the divine orchestration of history. These prophecies, written centuries before Christ, find their fulfillment in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, demonstrating the stupendous nature of God's plan for salvation.

The Final Revelation: The Book of Revelation presents a stupendous vision of the end times and the ultimate triumph of God. Revelation 21:1-4 describes the new heaven and new earth: "Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying: 'Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the former things have passed away.'" This vision encapsulates the stupendous culmination of God's redemptive work.

In summary, while the word "stupendous" may not appear in the biblical text, the concept is vividly illustrated through God's mighty acts, His miraculous interventions, and His ultimate plan for creation. These events and revelations continue to inspire awe and reverence among believers, pointing to the greatness and majesty of God.
