Exodus 35:29
Good News Translation
All the people of Israel who wanted to brought their offering to the LORD for the work which he had commanded Moses to do.

All the Israelite men and women whose hearts made them willing to bring anything for the work that the LORD had commanded by Moses to be done, brought it as a freewill offering to the LORD.

Moses had told the people what the LORD wanted them to do, and many of them decided to bring their gifts.
