Good News Translation
The king said to him, "I am the king--and no one in all Egypt shall so much as lift a hand or a foot without your permission."

Moreover Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I am Pharaoh, and without your consent no one shall lift up hand or foot in all the land of Egypt.”

The king told Joseph, "Although I'm king, no one in Egypt is to do anything without your permission."
