HEB: כָל־ מִתְנַדַּ֣ב בְּמַלְכוּתִי֩ מִן־ עַמָּ֨ה
NAS: and the Levites in my kingdom who
KJV: and Levites, in my realm, which are minded of their own freewill
INT: any are willing my kingdom of of the people
