Deuteronomy 24:14
HEB: מֵאַחֶ֕יךָ א֧וֹ מִגֵּרְךָ֛ אֲשֶׁ֥ר בְּאַרְצְךָ֖
NAS: or one of your aliens who
KJV: [whether he be] of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that [are] in thy land
